Why Arias started it
Through Ignite Funnels and WebsterBerry Marketing, Arias saw that Kenyan businesses could get powerful software, but struggled to find people trained to run it. IMPACT closes that gap by training operators who can step into real roles, using the same CRM, payments and WhatsApp systems that small businesses depend on.
